Return policy

Returns at Roban are always free.

In compliance with the policies of the Consumer Protection Agency, the periods of replacement and return are divided into two periods:

Firstly
Replacement and return within the 14-day period from the date of shipment confirmation for no reason with some exceptions. The consumer has the right to exchange the commodity or return it with a refund of its cash value, without giving any reasons and without incurring any expenses within fourteen days of receiving it. As an exception to this, the consumer may not exercise the right of exchange or return in the following cases:

  1. If the nature of the commodity, its characteristics, or the way it is packaged or packaged, prevents it from being replaced or returned, or it is impossible to return it to the condition it was in when contracting.
  2. If the commodity is not in the same condition it was in at the time of sale for a reason attributed to the consumer.
  3. If it is a commodity that is manufactured according to special specifications specified by the consumer, and the commodity conforms to these specifications.
  4. Underwear if its covers are removed.

Secondly:
Replacement or return of defective goods within 30 days from the date of receipt
The consumer has the right, within thirty days of receiving the commodity, to exchange it or return it with a refund of its cash value if it is defective.

  • Clothes must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with internal and external price tag attached, unrepaired and with its purchase receipt).
  • Returns must always be made in the same market from which the purchase was made. Under the above terms.
  • Roban reserves the right to refuse returns that are outside the time limit, or if the garments are not in the same condition as they were sent and/or do not meet our return conditions. We may hold a refund until we receive the merchandise or you provide proof of return.

Important: If you wish to return products from several orders (or more than one order), it is necessary to request a receipt for each returned product and according to the number of boxes you wish to return. Roban is not responsible for returning products that have been purchased in different orders and/or that have been returned through an order to receive another order.

When you choose a delivery method not mentioned in our Return Terms, we consider it your responsibility.

When do we refuse to make a return?

You can only exchange or return the clothes if the items are in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with internal and external labels included without any repairs)
If there are any doubts about the condition of a returned product, the standards of the specialized staff of Roban will apply by inspecting and verifying the integrity of the products, these employees can prevent fraudulent returns of products that have been used or in poor condition.

Orders with Gift Receipt: The purchase document is required for orders made with a gift receipt so that returns are not processed using the same payment method used during the purchase.
